Rails to Trails - Legislative Wrap Up
Program:
Join us for a great meeting at the Downtown Indianapolis
Sheraton Hotel and Resort. We have a great lineup of speakers
for this meeting including Mr. Jack Klemeyer of GYB Coaching,
Ms. Karen Bohn of the Greenways Foundation, Mrs. Kathy
Catlin Davis, Esq., Mr. Chris Wischer, Esq., and Mr. Jason
Lueking, Esq.
This will be a preview of this venue which will be the location of
our annual Christmas Party and Officer Installation this year.
Parking in the Sheraton parking garage is $8.00 per day!

Lighting a Fire: On Motivating A Team
Jack Klemeyer of GYB Coaching
Jack Klemeyer is a sales strategy and interpersonal relationship
expert who is passionate about helping people grow their
businesses. An active member of the National Speakers Association
and Toastmasters International, he frequently speaks to business
owners about business growth, motivation, behavior, and more.
Jack is also a certified business coach and a member of the
International Coach Federation.
Greenways Foundation of Indiana and Trails in Indiana
Karen Bohn of the Greenways Foundation
A womens' health nurse practitioner by trade, Karen became
involved with Indiana trails in 1994 through her work with the
Hamilton County Alternative Taskforce. She then assisted the
Monon Greenway Committee in Carmel to raise awareness and
facilitate the development of the Monon Trail through Carmel. She
has served on the Indiana State Trails Advisory Board and is
currently serves as treasurer of Bicycle Indiana and President of
the Board of the Greenways Foundation of Indiana.
Legislative Wrap Up
Kathy Catlin Davis, Esq. is the principle with KJD Legal Services,
Indianapolis, Indiana. Education: Kathy is a graduate of Indiana
University School of Law, Indianapolis, and holds a Bachelor of Arts
from Indiana University. Kathy's areas of practice are real estate
law, including condemnation, tax liens, title claims, contracts,
utilities, and mineral rights. She is also well versed in business
creation, personal injury and family law matters.
Chris Wischer Esq. is a Partner with the firm, Bamberger,
Foreman, Oswald and Hahn, LLP, Evansville, Indiana. Education:
Transylvania University (B.S.C.F. 1993); University of Kentucky
College of Law (J.D.1996) Jason is a member of the Indiana,
Kentucky and American Bar Associations. Chris's areas of practice
are Real Estate and Business Law.
Jason Lueking Esq. is a Partner with the firm, Bamberger,
Foreman, Oswald and Hahn, LLP, Indianapolis, Indiana. Education:
Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology (B.S.C.E. 1990); Indiana
University School of Law - Bloomington (J.D.1993) Jason is a
member of the Indiana, Kentucky and American Bar Associations.
Jason's areas of practice are Real Estate, Business and Banking
Law.
