This year's Legislative Review program will be presented by Mr. Jason Lueking, Esq., Mr. Chris Wischer, Esq. They will discuss legislative matters effecting the right of way profession.

We will also have a panel discussion where you can bring your right of way related questions before a panel of experts in the field.

Jason P. Lueking, Esq. - Law Firm of Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC
Jason P. Lueking is a member of the law firm of Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC following its merger with his former firm of Bamberger, Foreman, Oswald & Hahn, LLP. He practices in the areas of real estate, business and banking law. Mr. Lueking earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and his J.D. degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington. He is a member of the American, Kentucky State and Indiana State bar associations. Mr. Lueking was the 2011 President of the Indiana Chapter of the International Right of Way Association and currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Indiana Land Title Association.
Christopher C. Wischer, Esq. Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC

Christopher C. Wischer concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate, local government and right of way acquisition. Chris advises clients in all aspects of commercial real estate development, including real estate acquisition, due diligence, zoning and land use, title insurance, environmental review, and like-kind exchanges. In addition, he has extensive experience representing local government units in the area, including town councils and boards, storm water boards, historic preservation commissions, redevelopment commissions, sewer districts, plan commissions and boards of zoning appeals. Chris's blend of real estate and local government expertise has proven particularly useful with regards to his efficient and timely handling of right of way acquisition projects for government units, public utilities and railroads. Chris is also licensed to practice law in the state of Kentucky and is a licensed title insurance agent in both Indiana and Kentucky.

Jason and Chris will be giving us an update on current legislation and legal issues affecting the right of way industry. This will be a great meeting so make plans to attend.
