IRWA Chapter 10 was created in 1955 and was named the Crossroads of America Chapter of the then American Right of Way Association. The Chapter started with 39 members and has grown to over 150 members and growing. Over the years, Chapter 10 has established strong traditions, including its legendary golf outing and holiday party awards ceremony. Chapter 10 has been awarded Newsletter of the Year from IRWA three times in 2008, 2014 and 2018. It won the 2013 Project of the Year and in 2021, a Chapter member firm won Employer of the Year for less than 20 employees. Chapter 10's commitment and support of professionals in the right of way industry is exceptional.
